The Running Guard Legal Disclaimer
All dogs using The Running Guard should have a physical from your veterinary before using. The Running Guard Co. shall not be responsible for misuse of The Running Guard and/or your pet, including mounting The Running Guard incorrectly, changing any part of The Running Guard, using The Running Guard on the left side of your bike, owners using poor judgement on where, when, how often using The Running Guard, any kinds of tanglement that occure during use.
The Running Guard is for the use of adults and their pets only, not for children. Your pet should have had obedience training before using The Running Guard. The Running Guard Co. is not responsible for the user not watching where he/she is going. The Running Guard is not designed for auto traffic areas. The Running Guard is designed for the use of one dog at a time. One Running Guard is not designed for exercising two dogs or more at the same time. Use The Running Guard at you and your pet's own risk.
